2.1 Service Cancellation by the Client:

  • Clients may request to cancel their service at any time before we start working on the project.
  • Cancellation requests will be processed within the same day.
  • Services that have already been rendered or are in progress may not be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, a prorated refund may be offered based on the stage of service delivery.

2.2 Cancellation by OneHat Solutions:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any service under circumstances such as non-payment, breach of terms, or unavailability of required resources.
  • In such cases, clients will be notified and, where applicable, eligible refunds will be processed.

 

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are applicable only for services explicitly covered under this policy. Custom services, consultations, and one-time service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Refund Timelines:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the client.

3.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • No refunds will be provided for services rendered in full.
  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information or approvals.
  • Dissatisfaction arising from unrealistic expectations not aligned with the agreed service scope.

  • Please include your name, service details, and the reason for your request.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

 

5. Dispute Resolution

  • If there are disagreements regarding cancellations or refunds, we encourage clients to contact us to resolve the issue amicably.
  • In the event of unresolved disputes, the matter may be escalated to arbitration as per applicable laws.

 

6. Changes to the Policy

  • OneHat Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be posted on our website with the effective date.
